Clinical Services Offered
Dr. DiVittore primarily works with working professionals, high-achievers, students, and emerging leaders.
Capable. Reliable. Accomplished.
They meet deadlines, manage responsibilities, and show up for others … often without complaint. But inside, it may feel very different. They might be exhausted, overwhelmed, or quietly questioning how long they can keep this pace without something giving. Transitions in careers are also demanding and can often feel very isolating. You might be carrying stress, exhaustion, or the nagging feeling that you don’t belong in the room you worked so hard to enter.
If that resonates, you’re not alone and you’re not failing. High achievement often comes with unspoken rules: don’t slow down, don’t complain, and don’t drop the ball. Over time, that mindset can quietly erode your well-being and leave you disconnected from yourself. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or keep it together.
You may be managing multiple roles at once, career demands, family needs, relationships, and the expectation that you should somehow do all of it well.
There is often very little space to ask, “How am I doing in all of this?” Therapy creates that space. Not to add another task to your list, but to help you move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and intention. Yes, even when things feel chaotic. We focus on building tools that work on a Tuesday afternoon, not just abstract theories.

Dr. DiVittore holds certifications in women's and reproductive mental health (MBH-C, PBH-C *in progress), with a particular focus on supporting women during perimenopause, a stage that can affect mood, sleep, relationships, and sense of identity. She helps women recognize and navigate the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral changes that can accompany hormonal shifts during this season of life.
