Krista DiVittore, PsyD
Dr. DiVittore (she/her/hers) is a licensed psychologist, consultant, coach, and author.
Dr. D's consulting and coaching approach integrates behavioral science, organizational systems thinking, and strategic execution to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity, intentionality, and confidence. I work with business owners/leaders and teams to strengthen communication, improve decision-making, and build the operational frameworks necessary for sustainable growth. By examining both the people and the systems driving an organization, I help leaders reduce friction, elevate performance, and cultivate resilient, values-aligned cultures. My work is practical, collaborative, and focused on equipping leaders with the tools and structures they need to move forward with intention and impact.
